The Fullerton Jail was established in 1945 and houses 15 male inmates. The female arrestees are either cited and released or transferred to the Orange County Jail for booking.

All inmates are eligible for bail or bail bond at the time of arrest. In addition, the inmate is allowed to make telephone calls in accordance to California Penal Code Section 851.1.
The Fullerton Jail will accept the following forms of bail: cash, personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s check from a California bank only and in an amount no more than $5,000.00. A surety bond from a reputable and licensed bail bond company in the amount of bail.
Furthermore, visiting hours for the general public are from 9am to 11am and 12pm to 1pm daily. Each visit can be no longer than 15 minutes and visitation is not allowed on the day of arrest.
You must present a valid government identification when visiting an inmate and you must be above 18 years of age. Every visit must be approved by the Watch Commander or jail Supervisor.
