Santa Clara County bail schedule

About the San Martin station

The Sheriff’s San Martin station is on Highland Avenue in San Martin, the unincorporated farm town between Morgan Hill and Gilroy. It is the Sheriff’s base for the rural south end of the county, outside the Morgan Hill and Gilroy city limits.

This is the station farthest from the jail: the Main Jail in San Jose is about 25 miles north. South County cases, however, stay close to home. Under the court’s local rules, cases from San Martin, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and the unincorporated areas around them are filed at the Morgan Hill Courthouse on Diana Avenue, about 4 miles from the station.
