The Santa Ana Jail is part of the Santa Ana Police Department and is located at 62 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701, on the corner of Boyd Way and 6th Street. The Santa Ana Jail is staffed with 127 civilian personnel and is a type II detention facility. Public parking is available in the structure across the street from the jail. There is a fee for parking in the structure and parking will not be validated.
The front lobby to the Santa Ana Jail is open to the public between the hours of 7am to 10pm, Monday through Sunday. As a bail bond company, Fastrak Bail Bonds is not restricted to the public’s hours of operation. Thus, we can provide our bail bond services twenty-four hours a day at the (SAJ) Santa Ana Jail.
Inmate visiting hours for the public are as follows: Monday thru Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.. Saturday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.. The front lobby is closed between 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Adult visitors must first sign in at the Santa Ana Jail front lobby and visiting is on a “first come- first served” basis. Visitors must furnish a valid government identification with a picture and an adult must accompany minors under the age of 17. Inmates are allowed a two hour visit each week with up to three visitor at a time. A maximum five visitor, minor/adult combination, is allowed per visit.
